Five learning stations namely Historical Museum, Science Centrum, E-Libray, Robotics I and Robotics II are offered to elementary and high school learners.
In the Historical Museum, learners can grasp information about notable personages in Philippine and world history. Likewise, through the museum, they are given the opportunity to know more about the history of Pangasinan and San Carlos City. Displays reflective of Filipino culture are housed in the museum enabling learners gain insights about their own culture. Old models of telecom devices are also displayed providing learners idea about communication process in the past.
The Science Centrum houses manipulative and interactive materials wherein school children will not only learn but also have fun while learning. Among the materials in the centrum are the anti-gravity mirror, infinity door, head on platter, pinhole camera, telescope, obstacle course and 3D wall.
Learners who are fond of doing researches will enjoy the services offered at the E-Library. In the E-Library, learners will have the chance to have hands-on manipulation of tablets programmed with application softwares. Books and other reading materials are also provided in the library.
Robotics Engineering is featured at the Summit. In Robotics, learners are given the freedom to design and become robot builders. Such enables children to think and create enhancing their holistic development.
According to Dr. Ellen P. Santos, Founder and President of Butterfly Kingdom E-Learning School, Robotics improves one’s abilities in the different subject areas. Through Robotics, communication skill is enhanced and values such as teamwork, perseverance and patience are inculcated. In the process of robot building, abilities in Science and Mathematics are likewise enriched. Robots built by learners of Butterfly Kingdom E-Learning School, the first Philippines Robotics School in Region I, are displayed in the Robotics Room.
