This is the goal of the Schools Division Office of San Carlos City in line with its journey to ISO (International Organization for Standardization) Certification.
In its 5th stage of ISO journey, Internal Quality Audit for ISO Alignment, SDO-SCC conducts Capacity Building in QAME (Quality Assurance Monitoring and Evaluation) of Office Performance, August 13-15.
Participants in said activity are the division personnel from the Curriculum Implementation Division (CID), School Governance and Operation Division (SGOD) and the Office of the Schools Division Superintendent (OSDS).
As part of the activities in the journey to ISO Certification, the Capacity Building aims to ensure excellent performance of personnel in the different divisions and units in the discharge of their duties and responsibilities meeting clients’ satisfaction. Personnel are committed to give quality services which are aligned with international standard.
In its 5th stage of ISO journey, SDO-SCC commits itself to a challenge of being ISO certified within 90 days.
Equipped with perseverance, dedication and the spirit to serve, division personnel led by Dr. Sheila Marie A. Primicias, SDS, accept said challenge with positivity for a better SDO-SCC.
